AWARDS
NUMUN 2026 will be giving out a total of three awards per committee warranting medals, as well as honorable mentions to delegates who have showed exemplary skill during the committee sessions. Recipients of the awards are decided at the discretion of the Chairs of each committee and the Secretariat.
The three awards are as follows:

Best Delegate
The highest honor in the committee.
Single most impactful participant demonstrating the following qualities:
- →Exceptional leadership
- →Masterful public speaking
- →Deep knowledge of their assigned foreign policy
- →Ability to drive creation of resolutions while maintaining diplomacy
Outstanding Delegate
The runner-up in the committee.
One delegate demonstrating the following qualities:
- →Highly active in debate
- →Excellent negotiator
- →Key contributor to their bloc
Best Position Paper
- →Displayed exceptional pre-conference preparation and research
- →Position paper that's well-written, thoroughly researched, properly formatted essay, and submitted on time
- →Detailed criteria for evaluation to be found in the Background Guide of the respective committee.
All of these awards and honorable mentions are to be awarded during the Closing Ceremony of NUMUN 2026.

SWAGS
All delegates will be receiving a SWAG (Stuff We All Get) package containing the following pieces of limited-edition merchandise for NUMUN 2026.
